Leadership

Beryl Bailey Rayford is a strategic leader in transitional support services and systems collaboration, known for advancing practical, results-driven solutions for individuals navigating homelessness, re-entry, recovery, and complex life transitions. As Managing Member of Pathways Toward Progress (P2P), she leads the development of structured, non-clinical support models that increase resident engagement, strengthen program performance, and promote sustainable pathways to independent living.

With extensive experience in structured living transition and community resource coordination, Beryl is recognized for bridging gaps between housing providers, behavioral health systems, workforce partners, and local government stakeholders. She currently serves as Chair of the Lived Experience Committee for the Continuum of Care in Lee and Collier Counties and is a former member of The Collaboratory’s Behavioral Health Task Force (2023–2024).

Through collaborative partnerships and a strengths-based leadership approach, Beryl works to enhance operational effectiveness while centering dignity, accountability, and measurable progress for the individuals and programs she supports.
